Gongs are the main sound teachers in our studio and are one of the most ancient instruments used to achieve an expanded state of consciousness that goes beyond sensory perception. In the religious traditions of India, China and Southeast Asia, the gong has long been considered a cult instrument and was used in meditation and spiritual practices.
